High-yield, marketability and excellent storage qualities

Karnaval - Middle-late all-purpose variety. Vegetational period from sprouting to industrial ripeness is 90-120 days. Conical-shaped blunt carrot root in length of 14-16 cm weight 75-200 g with a smooth skin. The external colour is orange and flesh is deep orange, juicy and tender. The core isn't big. It is valued for it's marketability, high yield (60-90 t/ha) and good storage qualities. It is used both fresh and for conservation. They recommend to sow carrot after such crops that had organic fertilizer. It is needed to sow carrot in an open ground (permanent place). It is recommended to use direct sowing through seeds into the ridges or without them. Variety is ideal for growing on heavy soil.
