Aprelskyi F1 - Early-ripening hybrid, the period from sprouting to the first harvest is 45-55 days. Mellittophilae hybrid has all-female flowers and mid-climbing qualities. It has half-parthenocarphy and self-tillering ability. It has resistance to main cucumber's diseases. Cylindrical mid-warty white-spined buttons in the length of 14-22 cm and weight 180-250 g. The yield is 30-40 kg/m2. Salad type fruits have high eating qualities without bitterness, don't change their look even after long storage. Hybrid Aprelskyi F1 is valuable for it`s cold-tolerance, high-yielding, excellent marketability (90-92%) and simultaneous fruiting. It takes one of the first place in winter-autumn period among mellittophilae cucumbers. It is recommended to grow outdoors or in green-houses, though seedling or sowing. For seedling seeds are sown in the pots or drawers. By using this method hybrid starts fruiting earlier for 8-10 days.
